The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and a washing machine. Guests have access to WiFi, an LCD TV, an iron and ironing board, clean towels, and fresh linens. The apartment has a 40-square-meter courtyard. There are several supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It is a 15-minute drive from the city center and close to main roads.
