The house was renovated two years ago but retains the appearance of an old Paštrović-style house, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery on a 1000m² plot.
The house has three levels:
• Ground floor: There is an apartment with a bedroom, living room, and bathroom. This apartment opens onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool, garden, and the sea.
• First floor: There is an office with a balcony overlooking the garden and the sea, along with a salon and a seating area by the fireplace. The first floor is accessible both from outside and inside. Exterior stairs lead to a terrace covered by grapevines, offering a beautiful view of the mountains, garden, and sea. There is also a toilet on this floor with a washing machine.
• Mezzanine: There is a kitchen from which stairs lead to another apartment.
• Second floor: There are two apartments on this floor.

Rental price: €4000 per month annually + utilities.
