Description: Villa Dunavska Bajka is a home that combines a modern interior with the authenticity of the region in which it is located. It is called the Danube Fairytale because of the fact that you have open access to the Danube, a view of the river, soothing greenery as well as a courtyard with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, which are reminiscent of a fairy tale.
It was created with the idea of enjoying nature, and all contents are adapted to your maximum satisfaction. It is up to you to choose whether you are in the mood for a swim in the pool, a game of darts, or the preparation of gourmet specialties. Of particular note is the attractively shaped pool, measuring 8 x 4.5 m, with a shallow (1.5 m) and a deeper part (1.9 m). The pool is in operation from 01.06. until 30.09. In front of the house there is a large covered terrace of 30 m², which also offers a magical view of the river. We have wonderful news for all foodies and gourmets - in Dunavska Bajka you can enjoy preparing barbecue, dishes on the talandara, specialties from the kettle and baking.
The house consists of two levels. On the first level there is a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the second level there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace with a view of the pool and the Danube. There are two single beds in the living room. In one bedroom there is a French bed, while in the other bedroom there is one French bed and one pull-out bed, suitable for sleeping two people. The total number of sleeping places is 8.
Although you will feel like you are staying in a luxury resort during your stay in this facility, the villa is located only 45 minutes drive from the center of Belgrade. You can come by the old Zemun road; after you pass Batajnica and Stare Banovce, the road leads straight to the villa, and you can easily get there by the Novi Sad highway.
Dunavska Bajka is ideal for a family holiday with children, hanging out with friends, but it is also an excellent choice for your company and team building. A lot of time and effort was invested in adapting the facility to the needs of different types of guests, as well as in creating technical spaces that support the services of the house. The villa is located in a weekend settlement, so loud music is NOT allowed.
A stable Wi-Fi signal, parking, plates, glasses, etc. are at your disposal. There is an air conditioner within the building, and a fan is also available to guests.
There is something magnetic and relaxing in the atmosphere during your stay at the facility. We believe that the use of wood, which is a peaceful material, invites tranquility, and there are also silver pine, apricot and birch trees that you will find in the yard.
