During the day, 15 to 20 people can enjoy the cottage and yard. During the hot summer days, you can cool off on the large balcony of this house, enjoying refreshing drinks. Since this is a weekend zone, but with permanent residents, it is recommended that the music and noise be within decent limits. The house is pet friendly.
The facility is characterized by the proximity of the city center, the famous Novi Sad beach Strand and Fisherman's Island.
