Hobbit House & Pool is designed to awaken the imagination of every guest and provide an unforgettable experience. The privacy of the property is accentuated by various elements, with the most prominent being the pool with a lounge area (standard and hammock loungers), Hobbit huts, and a tree house.

Next to the pool, there is a large covered space designed as a smaller restaurant suitable for organizing lunches/dinners, with full dining and drinking equipment for 50 people available. The space is ideal for all kinds of celebrations. Ensure your colleagues get lost in the magical Hobbit world, create an original bachelor/bachelorette party, or celebrate a birthday. For children’s parties, it is also possible to organize an animator, cook, waiter, and people who will take care of your little ones. In addition to the imagination, you can also light the stone grill, so in the dining area, you will enjoy homemade food with your loved ones. There is also a log cabin with an equipped kitchen, refrigerators, and it can serve as a preparation room for the celebration or for storing groceries, etc.

When the fun comes to an end, Hobbit House & Pool also offers sleeping accommodations in a facility across from the complex. It is an apartment with 3 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bathroom. Each room has 3 single beds that can be combined if needed. The living room has a set of furniture suitable for two people. The total sleeping capacity is 11. In addition to the pool and log cabin, a great attraction is the authentic Hobbit hut. This space is designed with a unique wooden interior and can serve as an entertainment space or a gathering place for guests.
