The accommodation unit is equipped with a wall-mounted double bed that can be lowered very simply and easily during sleep. During the day, it is a living room with two armchairs and a three-seater sofa, where one person (child) can sleep.
The kitchen is completely new with all appliances (built-in refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, sink with hot water, kettle, electric citrus juicer, toaster, as well as all the necessary dishes and detergents).
The apartment is equipped with multimedia, including Internet Wi-Fi, smart TV, Telemach with video library, HBO and Netflix.
The balcony is fully glazed and can be used for sitting and enjoying the winter idyll.
The balcony doors have wooden shutters that create additional privacy and protection from the cold.
Heating is gas. And there is a Norwegian wood-burning fireplace in the living room.
The ski room is on the ground floor, it is included in the price and makes it easy to leave and come from skiing where you leave your equipment. The first ski resort is about 150-200 meters away from the apartment.
The garage is closed, some max. 50 meters from the building and a card is used to open it.
In the immediate vicinity of 30-50 meters there are Mercator, Intersport, coffee bar, restaurants, Hotel Han, Hotel Bjelašnica, Hotel Maršal.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.
