Stone Ark is a magnificent hospitality concept that extends over 4 hectares of completely unaltered nature, and the contents of the estate, the interior of the villa, and even the elements that decorate the outer courtyard are as recognizable as the luxury of this green landscape. The villa is a real paradise for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge in relaxation in an environment that provides refuge from noise and stress. Here you will experience peace and harmony, surrounded by natural materials such as stone, glass and wood, which have been carefully selected to emphasize the beauty of this space. Another such decoration of the plot itself is the outdoor swimming pool with a fenced plateau, solar heating and a lounge corner, which is spacious and located in a special position of the building, offering a unique and irreplaceable view of the horizon in front of you. The entire ambience of the exterior part is created for a larger number of guests, so it can host up to 50 people in its capacity.

The facility is an ideal choice for larger gatherings, intimate and public celebrations, rentals in the spirit of your imagination, bachelorette and bachelorette parties and all occasions that require a glamorous and aesthetic choice of venue.

The villa is the centerpiece of the Stone Ark Estate. It is unique due to the combination of elements and tones in which it was built, creating a perfect combination of different styles. The combination of the exterior, which exudes carefully designed details of the yard and its contents, and the interior, provides an unforgettable experience of a luxurious vacation. The villa has a wine cellar and a boiler room in the basement. On the ground floor there are living facilities - 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and a dining room. The interior is equipped with refined style furniture that provides a pleasant environment during summer days, while in colder winter and snowy periods it is comfortable and warm. Everything inside the villa is available to guests, and Stone Ark is fully equipped for all types and lengths of stay.

There are four rooms on the first floor of the villa. Three rooms have 2 beds each, while one room has a double bed. There are also two bathrooms, as well as a gallery area with 2 additional beds. Total sleeping capacity is -10. On both sides of the building there are beautiful terraces, one of which serves as a summer kitchen and outdoor dining room, while the other is part of the lounge area with a swimming pool.
