This hospitality epicenter of active vacations is located in the town of Ostružnica, right on the banks of the Sava River. With a modest capacity of 20 guests per facility (two separate guest units), Party House is your invitation to a party.

On one side of the lot, the Party House is exposed to the panorama of the river, while at the very entrance to the property - it has enough parking spaces for your comfortable arrival and stay here. Although it belongs to a part of the city that is not typically urbanized, it offers complete freedom when it comes to music and entertainment. Upon additional request, it is possible to hire a sound system from the host - and when you add to all that, an extravagantly lit space, i.e. night lighting this place becomes as magical under the stars and open sky as it is on a sunny day spent by the river.

The facility is suitable for bachelor and bachelorette parties, celebrations, team building with colleagues, as well as all kinds of private celebrations that comply with the rules and manners of Party House rental. In the living room in its full capacity, the facility can host up to ~40 people.

The accommodation capacity consists of two separate guest units. They have the same sleeping capacity, that is, they each have one bedroom with a double bed. On the lower level there is a spacious living room defined by a booth and a bar element, so this part of the cottage is popular for drinking drinks and evening relaxation. There are also two tables with chairs, placed for additional comfort for a larger number of guests. On the first floor of the building, there is a double bed, located separately from the entertainment area on the ground floor. Time Party House offers unforgettable moments of celebration, as well as a place to rest when needed. The facilities are air-conditioned, have Wi-Fi as well as basic guest sanitary facilities.
