This charming building with full functionality and a spacious exterior with its wooded and intimate property is located on the slopes of the city's mountain Kosmaj, in the locality of Babe. It takes about 45 minutes to drive from the direction of Belgrade to the facility.
Kosmaj Retreat is a multipurpose facility suitable for family vacations as well as for active socializing in nature. The first description of the estate consists of a dense belt of forest greenery that creates a special ambience and provides enjoyment in the fresh air. The building has three terraces with a view of the surroundings and the property, as well as a winter and summer kitchen for gourmets and a toast with your loved ones. An additional element of hedonism is the outdoor jacuzzi, and for outdoor activities as well as entertainment for the youngest, there is a badminton and volleyball court, an entertainment area with a pool table in the attic of the building - as well as lighting for portrait photography.
The property is ideal for a family holiday, a stay with loved ones, a city escape with friends and colleagues from the company, as well as all kinds of intimate celebrations and events that are in line with the idea of the Kosmaj Retreat cottage. In the living room, the building can host up to 12 people.
The interior of the house is stylish, bright, spacious and fully equipped for the comfort of guests. The house has two floors, the ground floor is defined by a spacious living room, a dining area with a modern kitchen, a fenced terrace and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, so with additional furniture in the living room, the total sleeping capacity of the accommodation is 4 people. The facility has fiber optic internet, TV facilities, beds with anti-allergic bedding as well as audio devices at your disposal. Upon request, it is possible to add an extra bed for your youngest. The cottage has a parking area, which makes staying here even more affordable.
