To reach the spacious estate and the wooded world of nature, it takes ~25 minutes of driving from Novi Sad, or ~1 hour from the direction of Belgrade.

Holiday home Slava is immodestly spread over 4000m2 of property, which is tucked away in the privacy of tall conifers. The central decoration of the plot is certainly a guest house, on several floors, which also offers the use of several terraces, one of which is glazed and measures 16m2 with a photogenic view of the surrounding landscape. The property is enhanced with various garden contents, places for the youngest to play, and the use of the barbecue element for gourmets is also allowed. The location of the cottage is equally favorable for exploring the Fruškogorsk region - known for its hiking trails, monasteries and wine route.

The facility is suitable for an out-of-town vacation, a family stay with the youngest, as well as all kinds of gatherings and celebrations that fit into the idea of ​​a cottage and house rules. Up to 15 people can stay at the facility.

The interior of the cottage, like its exterior, is a carefully styled mountain building made of a combination of wood and stone. The interior of the house is spacious, equipped and adapted for both summer and winter (rooms and bathrooms have steam heating, while the living room also has underfloor heating). The ground floor mostly consists of a living room of 50m2, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen as well as two toilets. On the first floor of the house there are as many as 4 separate rooms, with a total capacity for 12 people, with additional sleeping accommodation in the living room. The facility is air-conditioned, has all the necessary guest sanitary facilities as well as a Wi-Fi signal. A rustic brick stove is also available, and the stylistic expression of the space is made up of mostly wooden lounge furniture. The ambience of the estate and the interior of the house invites guests to a truly unique stay in the heart of nature.
