You will find a spacious swimming pool measuring 8x4 meters with salt water, surrounded by a beach area with deckchairs, umbrellas, and a shower for complete enjoyment during summer days. Vila Rosa also offers a spacious terrace with a beautiful view, two gazebos, one of which is covered and equipped with a gas heater – perfect for all weather conditions.

The upper part of the villa features comfortable accommodation with a double bed, a pull-out sofa, a large living room with a four-seater and a two-seater sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom, making it perfect for larger groups, allowing up to 9 people to stay overnight. Guests also have access to a summer kitchen with all necessary amenities, a grill, a traditional clay oven, and a cauldron, making it easy to prepare and enjoy traditional specialties.

For additional entertainment and recreation, the villa's yard includes a mini football field, a trampoline, as well as billiard and foosball tables. Sound system and projector are included in the price, providing quality entertainment and a professional atmosphere when needed.
