This spacious property is located in Ostružnica, just ~20 minutes from the center of Belgrade, on the Sava River bank, offering a panoramic view of the city.

Dragon’s Nest is a guest space dedicated to eclecticism—a blend of unique styles combined with various elements for leisure and relaxation. The riverside garden creates a fairytale-like atmosphere where you can enjoy the shade of the estate while admiring the surrounding blue waters. Besides various outdoor furniture and a covered section of the house, guests can also relax outside in a jacuzzi. A private floating dock with a mooring and boat access, as well as stand-up paddleboards (available upon request), are at your disposal.

The lower part of the yard features a fire pit barbecue area, where you can prepare specialties on the fire, grill, or other tools (skillet, cauldron, or sac oven). Young guests can safely play in the sandy oasis equipped with a play area and a small fountain. This place is ideal for soaking up the sun during summer days. Additionally, various sports equipment (table tennis, cards, board games), Bluetooth sound systems, and party lighting are available—and thanks to the house’s location, music is permitted at all times.

Dragon’s Nest is a place for gatherings, relaxation, enjoying the river and its amenities, as well as a venue for your celebrations, with a maximum daily capacity of up to 80 people.

Inside the property, there is a spacious living room with furniture, a kitchen area, and a bathroom. The gallery of the property features a sleeping area with two double beds and a single sofa bed. With additional pull-out beds in the living room (a three-seater and a two-seater), the total sleeping capacity is 8. The property is air-conditioned, equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, and parking space. Your pets are welcome under personal supervision.
